At Zylontext, we strive to provide valuable AR/VR gameplay testing and optimization education that meets your expectations. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and how we process them.

We believe in transparency and fairness. While our programs are designed with care, we understand that sometimes circumstances change or expectations don't align with reality. This policy helps both parties understand what happens when things don't work out.

1 Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of program enrollment
  • Less than 25% of the course materials have been accessed or downloaded
  • No completion certificates have been issued for any modules
  • Technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve within 5 business days
  • Program cancellation or significant content changes by Zylontext

Important: Refunds are not available once you've completed more than 25% of your enrolled program or after the 14-day window has passed. This helps us maintain the value of our educational content.

2 How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, follow these steps:

You'll receive an email with our decision. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

When submitting your request, include your full name, email address used for registration, enrollment date, and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. The more context you provide, the faster we can process your request.

3 Refund Processing Times

Once approved, refunds are processed according to the following timelines:

Processing times start from the date we send you the approval email, not from when you first submitted the request. Bank processing times are beyond our control, so delays can happen occasionally.

4 Specific Refund Scenarios

A Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to course materials, contact our support team first. We'll work to resolve issues within 5 business days. If we can't fix the problem, you qualify for a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.

B Program Cancellation

If Zylontext cancels a program you've enrolled in, you automatically receive a full refund within 7 business days. You'll also receive notification about alternative programs or rescheduling options if available.

C Duplicate Payments

Accidental duplicate charges are refunded in full immediately upon verification. Contact us with your transaction details, and we'll process the refund for the duplicate charge within 2 business days.

D Medical or Emergency Situations

We understand that life happens. In cases of documented medical emergencies or significant life events, we may offer partial refunds or program credits even outside the standard 14-day window. Each case is reviewed individually.

5 Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed programs where certificates have been issued
  • Custom one-on-one mentoring sessions that have already occurred
  • Downloaded materials, including course PDFs and supplementary resources
  • Access to exclusive community forums after active participation
  • Third-party software licenses or tools provided as part of the program
  • Programs purchased during promotional periods at significantly reduced prices

These exclusions exist because the value has already been delivered or resources have been consumed. Once you've gained access to certain materials or experiences, we can't "take back" that knowledge or access.

6 Partial Refunds

In some situations, a partial refund may be more appropriate than a full refund:

If you've accessed 10-25% of course materials within the 14-day window, we may offer a 50% refund. This reflects the value you've already received while acknowledging the content doesn't meet your needs.

Partial refunds are calculated based on content accessed, time elapsed since enrollment, and specific circumstances. We review each case individually to find a fair solution. Think of it like returning a partially read book – the value you've gained is factored into the refund amount.

7 Program Credits as Alternative

Sometimes a different program might be a better fit than a refund. We offer program credits that can be applied to:

  • Alternative courses better suited to your skill level or interests
  • Future program enrollments scheduled for autumn 2025 or spring 2026
  • Specialized workshops or intensive sessions
  • Extended access to community resources and mentorship

Program credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can offer more flexibility than a standard refund. Many students find this option helpful when the timing wasn't right or their goals shifted.

8 Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you disagree with the decision, you have options:

First, reply to the decision email with additional information or context we may have missed. Sometimes important details get overlooked, and we're happy to reconsider with new information.

If you're still not satisfied, you can request an escalation to our program director who will conduct an independent review. This typically takes 5-7 business days and provides a fresh perspective on your situation.

For disputes involving significant amounts or complex situations, we're open to mediation through neutral third parties. Our goal is always to find a fair resolution that respects both your needs and our policies.
